I have used Shepherd HVAC several times for routine yearly maintenance for both our heating and A/C systems, and have had Chris install both a whole house fan, as well as an additional bedroom A/C system. The service and work have always been prompt, exceptional quality and reasonably priced. We were connected with Chris and Shepherd HVAC through a close contact after we experienced a painful experience with an HVAC system in our newly purchased home. The system was in need of an upgrade and we were essentially swindled by another contractor who put our family in danger through improper installation procedures. Chris and his team were incredibly sympathetic with the situation we went through and provided clear and accurate quotes to the needs of fixing the mess the previous contractor had left us in. The team performed the work with extreme professionalism and care. We were so impressed with their work that when we had to update another large section of the system we went directly to Shepherd. This involved moving an entire HVAC unit from an attic to our basement and running new lines for the A/C and new runs of duct work to heat the basement. I am still impressed today when I look at how clean and professional the install is. All in all I can’t recommend Chris and the Shepherd team highly enough, they will ensure that you are taken care of and that your home will be comfortable all year round!
